'Personal details collected for Aadhaar scheme liable to be misused'
Newstrack India Justice Puttaswamy has contended that the entire Aadhaar scheme was unconstitutional as the biometric data collected under it was an incursion and transgression of individual privacy. On his plea, the court had issued notice to all states Nov 26, 2013. |
